The Pier Hotel - Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do we have parking facilities?
A. We do not have our own parking bays. However, parking is available directly opposite the hotel and along the main parade, please note Denbighshire Council have enforced pay and display meters on the main promenade.

Q. Is smoking permitted?
A. Yes in dedicated smoking zones only, which are to the front and rear and some guests rooms are designated smoking rooms. Smoking is not permitted in any other part of the hotel.

Q. Do we accept pets?
A. Unfortunately not. We do, however, accept working guide dogs for the blind and hard of hearing guests.

Q. What time can we check In/Out?
A. Check in is from 13.00hrs to 23.00 hrs and departures 10.30am unless prior arranged. You may leave luggage with us until you depart.

Q. How far are the local attractions?
A. The Theatre is approximately 8 minutes walk, as is the Sun Centre. The main high street and shops are just 5 minutes. The National coach point is just across the road and the train station a mere 10 minute walk. The nearest International airport is approximately 1 hour drive.
