The Pier Hotel - Prices & Offers

Offers, Discounts and Terms of Payment.

Room rates start from £40.00 for a single and £65.00 for standard doubles, as a security for your room your credit/debit card details will be required (a full 1st night rate will secure your requested room as a deposit payment will be taken). A guest wishing to pay cash on arrival will be required to pay a deposit of £20.00 on a credit/debit card to secure the required room.

Payment by cash, credit card is available.

Please note that payment by cheques will no longer be accepted. All full payment for your stay must be received and settled on the day of arrival. The booking must made by the card owner, the person who's name appears on the card. Corporate Accounts are also available by arrangement and must be settled within 7 days of receipt of invoice

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy 48 hrs prior to arrival from check in time which is 13.00hrs. A full nights rate charge will be made to bookings which are not cancelled.

A refund will be given when full notice is given. In the case of a No Show or Late cancellation the whole amount of stay will be charged to your credit/debit card that you authorised at time of booking, The Pier Hotel is PCI & DSS compliant, in order to conform to the law in how we store customer card details.
