The Pier Hotel is situated off the main East Parade road with a parking bay directly outside, allowing vehicles to drop off or pick up luggage when guests are checking in or out. The main hotel entrance has no steps or other obstructions, which allows for easy access. A security intercom system links this entrance to the hotel reception where staff can allow direct access or greet you at the door. Our staff are always helpful and will assist you with your luggage and parking facilities.
The reception is conveniently situated at the end of the main hall on the ground floor where a low-level desk welcomes our guests. At check in we will verify your details and confirm any special requirements or requests you may have during your stay.
